I am an empathetic leader, congruent, honest, respectful, modest, kind to everyone, loyal, managed, responsible, punctual. work as a team, delegate functions according to the particular Talent (multiple intelligences) of each person.

That is, I facilitate the development of Talent and Creativity, of each of the members of the team, in my position as leader (subject that is my specialty).

So I get them to do their job, but at the same time, they do it personally, which makes them give their best.

I communicate with everyone, without the bad habit of prejudging, judging, criticizing, comparing, reproaching, insulting, speaking badly behind people's backs, since all these attitudes PREVENT COMMUNICATION.

I treat each person with kindness, respect and empathy. I get to know them in the process and I can tell if they are reliable or not, if they are sincere or not, if they are who they say they are or not.



I am an indefatigable researcher since I was 16 years old, I learned to never stay with doubt, so I always asked my teachers and then experts, in different branches of knowledge.

I have the spirit of a self-taught person. However, I have a team of "advisors", colleagues from different specialties who have worked as a team for years, whose contributions allow us to help each other and have an overview, which helps us explain, understand and manage each new challenge until the present.


In this way we are updated on the debate in different areas of knowledge to know what and how to approach my work, in companies in different sectors and countries of the World.

























As every phenomenon is multi-causal, an inter / multi / trans disciplinary approach is necessary.

We understood this from young people, from our teachers and we knew how to work as a team and learn from each other.

For each one came from a different specialty, always under the tutelage of different teachers in Social Sciences, Philosophers, economists, etc






























Along with my tendency to be well informed of the world and local conjuncture, I have a critical conception of the present, based on critical thinking, which makes it more complete.

I gain the trust of distrustful people, I manage difficult people, altered, by my experience indicated above and systematized here.

I will get along well, in particular, with people who do not think like me, because I treat everyone with courtesy, respect, understanding and modesty.

I am a person, who can be trusted, with the utmost discretion.
